Short films are carefully wrapped parcels full of surprises. Open them, they are treats and I love making them. All are infused with ideas, experiments and themes, that transport and take the viewer into a new, visceral cinemascape of drama, story, idiosyncratic characters, songs, sounds and wonder. Each film stands on its own merit, while the artistic collaborations and imaginings from these works make their way into my world of features, being dreamed up.
