SEPTEMBER

SEPTEMBER

Campbell wrote and directed the long, short film September and the short, long film Light Years.

Watch it below or here.

At the summer’s end comes S E P T E M B E R; a time for change.

Caught in an in-between world of flyovers, grass verges and dead-ends, where the motorway hum serves as a constant reminder of the speed of other lives, Marvin is not going anywhere. Into this forgotten corner of English countryside and motorway services arrives an extraordinary adolescent, changing his world forever.

September was made with friends in the West Country. With music from Kaada, Crescent, Bass Clef and Tom Bugs, the film conjures a world of mesmerizing skies, spiders, snogs and subtitles, finally fluttering away to leave its audience, like Marvin, strangely altered.
