A weekly, on going arts club, KTPC emerges from the heart of home, around a fire & kitchen table in Easton, Bristol. Kids gather to look at books, fiddle with analogue cameras and exhibit work, fundraise and eat cake, all the while fostering friendship, connection and emotional resilience.

Esther leads the club, enabling children to find images collaboratively. They use analogue cameras – ½ frame, 35mm, medium and large formats. The club runs weekly, with time to explore place, ideas and photography techniques – how to expose, focus and frame. However, these skills are often kicked about and forgotten as deep play is the club’s primary concern (as is making toast and learning to think like artists).
